The owner, Vicki, needed us to handle all of the hardware and software set up for her business. So we evaluated her accounting software and other programs she used to find the best fit for her business.
As far as the hardware goes, we came up with a custom plan for her and set up and built network servers (including NAS server setup), switches, wiring, phone systems, security, routers, software and ISP (internet service provider) including satellite internet.
We basically set up everything her small business needed to run smoothly. Over that time we also set up a plan to digitize all documents and convert the business to all digital. In the meantime we created a custom, secure, organized storage solution for paper documents (prior to digitizing everything).
We also provided continuous computer hardware, software, troubleshooting and networking support for over 35 years for the duration of her business until she passed away in 2020. We can help you with a complete solution for your business too!
